We’re also showcasing some of Canada’s most iconic food trucks, indoor and outdoor activities, ice sculptures and ice bars, fire contortionists, horse carriage rides, Armenian dance performances, and much more.

About the committee

WinterFest is a festival of food, art, and Armenian and Canadian culture. The committee is part of the Armenian Youth Federation of Canada and was brought to life to bring together Armenians in a distinctly Canadian atmosphere in order to celebrate Armenian-Canadian culture. It is comprised of a number of young, experienced, and meticulous volunteers with fresh and modern ideas to carve the future of the Armenian community. After its inaugural success, the Armenian Youth Federation of Canada saw the need to pursue WinterFest as one of its yearly traditions and just as its name entails, it is a celebration of winter, proving that for Canadians, outdoor activities are not just reserved to summer.
